Orders are processed up to 10-25 business days and ship internationally with Eco Post or EMS.

If we found out that your country doesn’t get deliveries at the moment because of COVID19 we will contact you.

Shipment processing time:

All orders are processed within 10-25 business days.

Shipments and deliveries do not occur on weekends or holidays

If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please choose the fit shipping option for you Israel / Worldwide.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

munisa-land.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:

munisa-land.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us and we will do our best to help! Please save all packaging materials and damage.

Refund and Exchange Policy:

No returns or exchanges. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
